For example, we have provided you with an initial feasibility design for a First Floor office refurbishment. The layout seems to work but you want to be sure that you can fit enough employees / equipment into the designed space. By loading the floor plans with the exact equipment you require, desks, chairs, photocopiers, filing cabinets etc. It helps to give you a better understanding of the useable space and can often flag up if rooms need to be made smaller or larger to suit your requirements.
