Cad-man-do employs a small team of designers specialising in the Design and Space planning of Education Faculties for both the Public and Private sector.

With a detailed understanding of building regulations and BB99, we can provide floor plans / layouts to suit your needs. Whether it's a year 1 classroom or a staff room layout, we can provide compliant floor plans, fully loaded with equipment if required.

We can arrange a site survey to be carried out or work from existing site plans. Our team can attend site meetings with user groups to produce a compliant layout that suits your needs and to fit the limited space you may have on your existing site. All CAD plans are drawn and prepared in AutoCAD and can be supplied in a variety of file formats to suit your individual requirements.

We can also produce dramatic 3D models / walkthroughs to help users visualise the layout for our proposed designs. We use the latest Google sketchup software for this and can provide the walkthroughs in .avi or .wav format. Please refer to '3D Services' section of this website for further details.
